Our 2025–2026 Impact Report reflects our commitment to transparency, evidence-based medicine, and treating trauma as a nervous system injury—not a personal weakness.

Using objective measures such as the PCL-5, GAD-7, and PHQ-9, we track meaningful changes in PTSD, anxiety, and depression because healing should be measured by more than anecdotes alone.

Behind every graph is a person who found hope, reclaimed relationships, and discovered that healing is possible.

Key Findings

  • 75.4% of patients with clinically significant PTSD symptoms improved below the PCL-5 clinical threshold

  • 81.8% achieved a clinically meaningful (≥10-point) reduction in trauma symptoms at 30 days

  • 85% achieved a clinically meaningful (≥4-point) reduction in anxiety symptoms at 30 days

  • 75% reported sustained benefits at 6 months

These findings represent real-world outcomes from patients treated between 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. While individual results vary, our commitment remains the same: combining compassionate, trauma-informed care with objective measurement and continuous improvement.

Because Healing Is More Than Symptom Reduction

Our goal isn't simply to reduce PTSD, anxiety, or depression scores. It's to help people reconnect with their families, rediscover hope, and move beyond survival toward resilience and post-traumatic growth.
