Our Approach to Mental Health Care
A Letter from the Medical Director
Healing begins by looking beyond symptoms and addressing the underlying nervous system changes that often drive trauma, anxiety, and depression. Learn more about the philosophy that guides every patient interaction at Reset Medical & Wellness Center.
Understanding Our Impact
Hope for Healing
More than 80% of our patients undergo Neuro Sympathetic Reset (NSR), reflecting the growing demand for advanced nervous system care.
Every treatment represents another person moving beyond survival toward recovery and post-traumatic growth.
Our #FillTheBoard campaign celebrates our goal of reaching 1,000 NSR treatments by the end of 2026 and the lives changed along the way.

The Numbers Behind the Healing
Objective outcomes. Meaningful recovery.
Using validated assessments for PTSD, anxiety, and depression, we track outcomes over time to better understand recovery, improve patient care, and remain accountable to the people who place their trust in us.

Trauma Recovery
Among patients with clinically significant PTSD symptoms (baseline PCL-5 ≥33), average scores improved from 49.2 to 24.8 within 30 days and remained below the clinical PTSD threshold throughout follow-up.

Analysis includes patients with a baseline PCL-5 score ≥33. Lower scores indicate fewer PTSD symptoms. Follow-up sample sizes decrease over time due to ongoing data collection and patient response rates.
Anxiety Recovery
Average GAD-7 scores improved from 15.9 at baseline to 6.9 at 30 days, moving from moderate anxiety into the minimal symptom range. Improvements remained below the clinical anxiety threshold throughout follow-up.

Analysis includes patients with a baseline GAD-7 score ≥10. Lower scores indicate fewer PTSD symptoms. Follow-up sample sizes decrease over time due to ongoing data collection and patient response rates.
Depression Recovery
Average PHQ-9 scores improved from 12.7 at baseline to 6.3 at 30 days, moving from moderate depression into the mild symptom range. Improvements remained below the moderate depression threshold through six months of follow-up.

Analysis includes patients with a baseline PHQ-9 score ≥ 10. Lower scores indicate fewer PTSD symptoms. Follow-up sample sizes decrease over time due to ongoing data collection and patient response rates.
Our Commitment to Ongoing Research
Objective outcomes. Meaningful recovery.
Reset Medical & Wellness Center is proud to lead a prospective multi-site case series, Integrative Bilateral Cervical Sympathetic Blocks for Trauma-Related Symptoms in Special Operations Veterans, in partnership with the Operator Relief Fund. The study evaluates how dual-level bilateral cervical sympathetic blocks, combined with integrative therapies and ongoing support, may improve PTSD symptoms, neurobehavioral recovery, hope, and long-term healing.
