Hello
I’ve devoted my career to helping people heal in ways that go beyond medicine alone. As a double-board certified physician, I’ve seen how science and compassion together can open doors for people who feel stuck or overlooked. My greatest reward comes from walking alongside patients as they discover hope, resilience, and the possibility of living whole again.

My Story
My journey in medicine began at the University of Michigan, where I trained as a physiatrist and later specialized in interventional pain management. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of treating patients with a wide range of complex musculoskeletal and pain conditions. But along the way, one question kept pressing on me: how do we heal the deeper wounds — the ones you can’t always see on a scan, but that weigh heavily on people’s lives?

In 2024, that question led me to shift my practice toward trauma-informed mental health care as the Medical Director of Reset Medical and Wellness Center in Strongsville, Ohio. Here, my focus is on a specialized cervical sympathetic block, often called the stellate ganglion block. Originally developed for pain syndromes, this procedure has shown remarkable effectiveness in helping to reset dysregulated nervous systems — especially in those struggling with posttraumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. Helping patients regain balance, resilience, and function through this work has become the most meaningful chapter of my career.
Beyond patient care, I’m deeply engaged in research exploring how this intervention can regulate neuroinflammatory processes and restore autonomic balance. Our team is studying its impact on trauma-related symptoms in veterans and first responders, while also investigating promising applications for conditions such as long COVID, menopause-related symptoms, sleep disturbances, and other forms of nervous system dysregulation.
Partnering with organizations like Erase PTSD Now and the Operator Relief Fund, I’ve witnessed the courage of people who step into healing after years of carrying invisible burdens. Their stories — of hope restored, peace regained, and lives renewed — are why I remain committed to this mission every single day.
